I came across this article about drinking lemon with water, and is very beneficial for your body.

Lemon Water Recipe
1/2 a lemon (organic is best)
1 cup of warm water (spring or distilled water)
Squeeze 1/2 a lemon into a cup of water.

    It is a very good article and thank you for sharing with us. Someone told me how we are going back to old ways of healing our body. This is so true. I think last two decades people relied more on western medications than natural ways. Now more and more studies proving that natural cure are the best. God already gave us enough sources to heal our body, we just have to use the resources. I already knew about the healing power of Lemon water. When anyone in my family is coughing or have sore throat my treatment starts with Lemon, honey and warm water. And trust me it works like magic. But you have to do that several time during the day. And about 15 years back my brother lost lots of weight just by drinking lemon water in the morning. I really am going to try drinking lemon water to heal my body and I will definately pass this information among my friends here at work. Thank you once again.

    I heard about this one before but the tip was to drink lemon water after dinner. Drinking lemon water in the morning makes more sense. I will definitely try it and recommended others if this works. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

    It is not wise to drink water only to quench your thirst, but it should become your habit to drink water at frequent intervals throughout the day. Health conditions determine your water intake. There is no clear-cut answer as to how much water to drink per day. On an average daily basis, we tend to lose quite a lot of water through sweating, exhaling and urinating.
