30 MINUTES FOR YOUR HEALTH
You are cordially invited to a preview screening of ’30 Minutes for Your Health’ a culturally-tailored physical activity DVD for Bangladeshi women by DREAM Project.
The screening will be interactive, so come prepared to sweat, & bring a yoga mat or beach towel with you. The class will be immediately followed by a brief group feedback session.
This will be an exciting event to learn more about DREAM Project, & meet the Community Health Workers who make a huge difference to our community. Please extend the invitation to your family members to participate.
Look forward seeing you.
