ANNOUNCEMENT from Adhunika’s coalition partner DREAM Project: March 21, 2011 ~

Are you or someone you know interested in learning about how to control and manage diabetes?  If so, you may be eligible to participate in the DREAM Project, a community health worker program designed to help diabetic Bangladeshis of New York City learn more about healthy eating, physical activity, coping with diabetes, and much more!  The program is completely free and open to patients of Bellevue Hospital (New York, NY).  If you are interested, please contact one of our community health workers today at:
